To create massive awareness on the vital issue Rajya Sabha Sansad Mr Anil Kumar chaired the closing ceremony of National Road Safety Month today at HRIT Group of Institute Superintendent of Police Mr. Kushwaha, and Member of Parliament and chairman of the Group Dr Anil Agarawal sir underlined the significance of spreading awareness on road safety and following traffic rules and showed his concern on increasing road accidents by calling it a critical issue. He shared that the Government is making continuous efforts to make the public aware and this Road Safety Month was also one such effort, He focused the need of collaborative efforts on part of all stakeholders to get desired results on the ground.

Creative and original ideas for road safety awareness and reduction in road accidents were presented by the students of all majors of HRIT group of institutions also. They came up with their innovative new measures showcasing their concern and awareness towards the issue. Genres were Essay, Poster and Slogan. Mr. Mohit Kumar, Mr. Prateek Sharma and Miss Shivangi Bhardwaj were declared the winners respectively. Competition was organized by Cultural Club, under the supervision of Miss Shraddha Sud and Miss ALka Bansal, which was coordinated efficiently by Miss Arundhati Walia and Mr. Pushpender.

Prizes and certificates were distributed to the students who stood first,second and third in the competitions on Road Safety Awareness, organized by various schools and colleges including HRIT Group of Institutions.

With an objective of their career prospects and developing photography as their avocation to build a peace loving society HRIT Group of Institutes has set up Capture and Rapture, a Photography and Media Club; who invited its members for first radical  activity “Amazing Nature”. Students members of this club participated with their great vigor and showcased their flair and talent in this ensemble. Mr. Gaurav Sharma is the convener and Mr. Akash  Saraswat is the co convener of the club and they have selected the following picks on the basis of clarity and cohesion.

“We welcome you, and we are glad that you are here!", Orientation is a time to show the new students why they made a good decision in their college choice. Apart from this it’s a most needed program as it not only relaxes their anxiety about college life but also prepares them for their college journey.

HRIT Group of Institutes conducted its Orientation Program for all majors of the Group on December 6,2021,in the seminar Hall of Block A and welcomed its new batches of  students in a ceremony inaugurated by lighting the lamp. Mr. Ved  Prakash, a Motivational Speaker, specialized in helping aspirants was the  Chief Guest and master of the program. He gave useful advise to the incoming fresher  students. Mr. Anjul Agarwal, Vice Chairman of the college interacted with the students  in a friendly way and wished every success to the new batch. Dr. N.K. Sharma, newly appointed group director presided over the function and shared his knowledge of skill development through practice. The university administrators gave advise on students must improve their oral and written communication skills .Mrs Vaishali Agarwal, Managing Director of HRIT,DPS Campus shared her views on how to make best use of the campus life. Dr V.K. Jain, Director General, delivered an insightful  speech; Mrs Shraddha Sood gave a vote of thanks and  invocation; . The function was followed by a number of orientation activities for the newly joined students along with a motivation session conducted by Mr.Ved Prakash, who inspired the students in a positive manner.It was an interactive session ,presented in a fun and frolic way and achieved the desired results as all students were participating with full vigour and enthusiasm.

Positive goal setting attitude was the takeaway of the program.

Under the aegis of HRIT Group of Institutions, Department of Management and Department of Computer Science & Engineering jointly organized a National Webinar “Synergy with Energy” on 7th Jan 2021. Webinar began with welcome address by Group Director Dr. N.K. Sharma. Director General Dr. V. K. Jain shared the journey of HRIT Group.  Vice Chairman HRIT Group encouraged the participants with his motivational remarks. Prof. Arundhati Walia, Computer Science & Engineering, introduced speaker to the audience.   Speaker Prof. A.K. Singh President (Power Plant), Aequitas Veritas Industrial Services (AVIS), Vadodara, explained the different aspects of energy .He said that ENERGY is the essence of everything. Without it, initiatives of leadership, innovation & excellence are unsustainable in the fast changing global environment. Energy is essential to life and all living organisms. He also emphasized, Energy is a quantitative that must be transferred to an object in order for it to perform work. At last Prof. Ajay Gangele, Head, Department of Management, proposed vote of thanks. More than 180 students participated in the Webinar. Prof. Ajay Gangele, Head Department of Management & Prof. Sandeep Yadav, Head,  Department of Computer Science and Engineering were the conveners of the Webinar.Our profound Relation with energy  for better performance was the take away of this webinar.
