The Training and Placement Cell at HRIT Group prepares its students for the larger, external world. The Training and Placement Cell consists of a team that combines the academic power of HRIT Group with the vitality and ambition of the students. It helps them to develop and shape their vision through a whole series of Training and Placements activities.
The Training and Placement Cell networks with the best companies in IT, telecommunications, manufacturing and many other industry sectors. This has resulted in a strong and beneficial relationship for the students, the institute and the business community. Industry and Corporate Personnel are also invited to interact with students and give them the feel of real life industry/business scenario. Every student is provided with ample opportunities for employment through campus interview and placement processes.
The college has set up, all the required facilities for the conduction of the recruitment process such as seminar hall for company presentations, group discussion room and conferencing facilities etc.
The Training and Placement Cell headed by Prof. H.S. Rawat, B.Sc., B.E.(Comp. Sc. Engg.), PGDIM, MBA, Ph.D.(P); who has rich industrial and academic experience. Prof. Rawat has achieved various awards from UPTU, Govt. of U.P., AICTE and Corporates for best performance in placement activities. HRIT-Training and Placement Cell activities are managed by dedicated team of students under the mentorship of two experienced faculty from each department mentioned as the Functional Bodies for Training & Placement Activities, who provide students with the support, resources and tools necessary to meet the challenges of a fast-paced and competitive employment market.
There are a number of companies where students of HRIT Group got job offers during various on-campus and off-campus drives at different locations time to time.
